A. Kürşat Ersöz was born in 1983 in Beypazarı (Ankara). After graduating from Selcuk University Faculty of Law in 2005, he started to work as a Research Assistant at the same faculty in 2006 within the Department of Administrative Law. After completing his master's and doctoral studies at Selcuk University, Ersöz started to work as a Doktor Assistant Professor at Akdeniz University Faculty of Law in 2013 and in 2019 he was entitled to “Associate Professor" title. He is currently teaching undergraduate courses in Administrative Law, Administrative Law and Law of Administrative Procedure, Health Law, Public Procurement Law, Zoning Law at Akdeniz University Faculty of Law. A. Kürşat Ersöz can speak fluently German and English. He is the author of four books and numerous articles and essays on Administrative Law.

  Esra Uzunkaya Kıpçak was born in 1986 in Zonguldak. She graduated from Üsküdar Anatolian High School in 2004. After graduating from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2008 and completing her internship, she started to work as a lawyer registered to Istanbul Bar Association. She conducted legal depatment of Turkey Leather Industry Employers Syndicate (TUDİS). She worked in employment projects at Employers Union ofTurkey (TİSK). She is registered member of the Antalya Bar Association. In 2011, she completed her master's degree in Criminal Law at Istanbul University, Institute of Social Sciences. She wrote her master thesis on “Forensic Control" ve and M.A. won the title. She started her PhD in Public Law at Istanbul University, Institute of Social Sciences in 2011 and since 2014 she is continuing her PhD in Public Law at Akdeniz University. She received mediation training from Hasan Kalyoncu University in 2014 and she is active mediator in the Turkish Ministry of Justice Mediation Department, registered with Mediator Registration Number 1624.
